Up to $4 per square foot for Commercial customers (Businesses, HOAs, Multi-family)
Up to $5 per square foot for Public Agency customers
The Commercial NatureScape Turf Removal Rebate Program is a strategic initiative aimed at promoting sustainable landscaping practices across Moulton Niguel Water District’s service area. It incentivizes the replacement of nonessential turfgrass in commercial landscapes with California natives, low-water use, or very low-water use plants. This program offers grant funding to eligible participants seeking to install landscapes that are designed to achieve multiple benefits including water savings, reduced dry and wet weather runoff, and habitat improvements. The program is available for commercial, multi-family, homeowner association, and public agency sites.
