The FLOW Initiative seeks to inspire a new generation of water professionals through the development of new strategic partnerships and programs. This initiative will encourage future talent to consider water as a career and equip those already in the industry with the leadership skills necessary to maintain our safe water supply and make it sustainable.
Moulton Niguel Water District is launching a new water leadership initiative to educate a diverse generation of future leaders. The Future Leaders of Water (FLOW) Initiative will engage academic institutions, professional associations, and community groups to be active partners in the effort to shepherd talented people from all backgrounds towards a focus in introducing new technologies and innovations for water management.
In the last few years alone, the water industry has experienced unprecedented challenges ranging from a severe multi-year drought and extreme rains, to evolving laws and regulations. Moulton Niguel recognizes that a continual robust candidate pool is required to fill a workforce that will make an impactful and lasting change on how we deal with our precious water resource in coming years.
