Our Speakers Bureau Program is a free service for our customers and community members who can request a Moulton Niguel expert to speak on several different topics, including where our water comes from, infrastructure investments, water efficiency tips, programs, and much more! The goal of the speakers bureau is to create a two-way communication between the District and our customers and to provide local organizations with information on current water issues.
