Moulton Niguel Water District is being honored by the country’s leading association of government finance experts for excellence in financial reporting.

The Government Finance Officers Association has recently recognized Moulton Niguel with its three highest awards:

Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting
Distinguished Budget Presentation Award
Popular Annual Financial Reporting Award

Together, the three fiscal awards represent the association’s “Triple Crown,” honoring agencies that abide by the “spirit of full disclosure” to clearly communicate its financial story to the public.
