In 2025, Moulton Niguel delivered billions of gallons of clean drinking water, educated more than 4,500 students through hands-on water and environmental programs, advanced critical infrastructure projects, and helped customers save millions of gallons through conservation and leak detection.
Emergency Preparedness & Planning
Moulton Niguel Water District remains prepared for emergencies through year-round planning. The District maintains backup generators at its critical facilities and maintains more than 7,000 fire hydrants throughout our service area. Moulton Niguel staff are certified by the National Incident Command System and regularly collaborate with the Orange County Fire Authority on local fire preparedness.
