If you’re struggling to stay current on your water bill, Moulton Niguel Water District offers customers the chance to pay over a 12-month period with a Payment Plan. Click the below link or call us at (949) 831-2500 to enroll in a payment plan.

You may qualify for assistance through several external programs; however funding is not guaranteed.
Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP)
LIHWAP is a limited-time, federally funded relief program that provides financial assistance to low-income households to make water and/or wastewater payments. The program is administered by the Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) and benefits are scheduled to be available from June 2022 to March 31, 2024.
