• Moulton Niguel Water District is seeking the services of a qualified Consultant(s) to provide support on an on-call, as needed basis. The services required will include supporting development of a Stakeholder Outreach Plan and stakeholder list, creating outreach and education collateral, and providing outreach and event support on an on-call basis to allow for implementation of a variety of the District’s OASIS Program needs.
