H₂O FOR HOAs: HELPING HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATIONS SAVE WATER AND MONEY!

Thank you to everyone who attended our Annual H₂O For HOAs event last month! Ten cities, the County of Orange, and six water districts throughout Orange County partnered with Moulton Niguel to host an educational workshop for HOA board members, community managers, professional landscapers, and community members interested in learning about best water management practices and resources available to help HOAs. More than 200 attendees learned about techniques that protect our watersheds, water efficiency tools, successful project management strategies and techniques, wildfire risk mitigation, and how to make our HOA communities more sustainable.

HOAs in our service area manage millions of square feet of irrigated landscape, offering significant opportunities to boost community sustainability and resilience against drought. We are grateful for the partnerships that we have with our HOAs and surrounding communities and look forward to working on many more water-saving programs in the future!
