H2O FOR HOAS: HELPING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATIONS MASTER BEST WATER MANAGEMENT PRACTICES

Thank you to everyone who attended our 6th Annual H2O for HOAs event last month! Eleven cities, the County of Orange, and six water districts throughout Orange County partnered with Moulton Niguel to host an educational workshop for HOA board members, property managers, professional landscapers and community members interested in learning about water management programs for HOAs. More than 165 attendees learned about techniques that protect our watersheds, water efficiency tools, native plants and landscape design, efficient irrigation techniques, emergency preparedness, and how to make our HOA communities more sustainable.

HOAs in our service area manage millions of sqft of irrigated landscape and therefore have immense potential to increase the sustainability and drought resilience of our communities. We are grateful for the partnerships that we have with our HOAs and our surrounding communities and look forward to working on many more water-saving programs in the future!
