Fitch Ratings and S&P Global Ratings have each assigned Moulton Niguel the highest possible credit rating, citing the District’s affordable rates, healthy financial profile and long-term planning to secure a diversified and reliable water supply.

The AAA credit rating is the gold standard for strong financial management and responsible long-term planning. We’ve earned the highest credit rating by keeping our rates low, reinvesting ratepayer funds back into reliable infrastructure, and maintaining access to a safe and reliable water supply. Our Speakers Bureau Program is a service offered to interested individuals and organizations in our service area who can request presentations by District representatives that are tailored to provide information about water issues of interest. Whether you’re interested in learning about local water supply or how the District operates, the goal of the Speakers Bureau Program is to create a two-way communication between the District and our customers and to provide local organizations with information on current water issues.
