MINIMIZING DISRUPTIONS, MAXIMIZING EFFICIENCY: MOULTON NIGUEL’S PROACTIVE AND COLLABORATIVE APPROACH TO INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENTS

In an exceptional display of teamwork and planning, Moulton Niguel Water District achieved an outstanding feat in its recent infrastructure project in a small community in Mission Viejo. We continue to reinvest ratepayer funds into building and maintaining our reliable infrastructure. The District successfully replaced 2 aging service lines, 21 water meters, and 16 valves. Originally projected to take 18 days, the project’s completion time was drastically reduced to just 6 days, thanks to the thorough coordination efforts between Moulton Niguel staff, our suppliers, and the Idyllwillow HOA Community.

We know that infrastructure work can cause delays for our surrounding customers. With every infrastructure project, we strive to minimize disruptions to the community during infrastructure upgrades. Our primary goal is to ensure ongoing safe and reliable water, wastewater, and recycled water services for our customers.

We value your feedback! If you have any comments or suggestions about a recent infrastructure project or any other water-related matters, email us at outreach@mnwd.com. Together, we will continue to build a stronger, water-resilient community.

THANK YOU TO OUR PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICIALS!

Every day, public safety personnel put their lives on the line to ensure the safety and well-being of our community. We know that many go above and beyond the call of duty. To express our deepest gratitude and say thank you for their service, Moulton Niguel invited firefighters, police officers, first responders, and other public safety officials to our annual Public Safety Appreciation Luncheon. Public safety professionals play a critical role in supporting our communities and businesses. On behalf of everyone at Moulton Niguel Water District, we say, “Thank you for everything you do to keep our community safe!”
