Citizens' Advisory Committee Studies
Water Issues

In 1979, the MNWD Board of Directors formed a Citizens' Advisory Committee (CAC) to enhance communication with District customers and to generate feedback from the community. The group is made up of community leaders and interested residents who wish to learn more about water management and water resources.

The committee meets several times a year to discuss water and sewer issues such as conservation, water quality, recycled water, water supply reliability, and other pertinent issues. The committee provides excellent feedback to the Board and staff of the District. Members act as informal representatives of the District, as they are able to convey information back to their neighborhoods, civic associations and workplaces.

MNWD annually accepts applications for our Citizens' Advisory Committee. Learn the issues first-hand, provide input and help us spread the word on conservation and water quality!

For more information, please download the application or call the Director of Customer Service, Charles Roy at (949) 425-3517 or his Administrative Assistant, Robyn Eppstein at (949) 448-4032.
