Moulton Niguel Water District has partnered with customers over the years to implement water efficiencies that have made us resilient. Because of the District’s innovative programs and investment in those programs, it is well-positioned to provide safe, reliable water to its customers even in challenging times. But, we can do more. Crown Valley Pipeline Replacement Project
Moulton Niguel will replace 2 miles of water transmission pipeline and sewer pipeline beneath Crown Valley Parkway, between Camino Del Avion and Hillgurst Drive. The new pipelines are essential to ensure safe and reliable water and sewer service to local homes and businesses.
Start: September 2023
Estimated Completion: Spring 2025
Location: Crown Valley Parkway, between Camino Del Avion & Hillhurst Drive
Expected Traffic Delays: Monday – Friday l 9am – 3pm
